Postnatal fitness

Join us every Wednesday at 2pm for Postnatal Fitness. Babies and toddlers welcome!

Classes are suitable for new mums (from 6 weeks post birth or 12 weeks following a C section) and you can bring your little one too so no childcare issues to resolve.

We will focus on breath, pelvic floor work, core rehab and full body strength to help you feel as strong and capable as you are. As well as focusing on arm and shoulder strength for carrying those little ones or pushing their prams, upper back work to counteract postural changes, and safe lifting technique, we will also move for the simple joy of moving as you navigate your post partum period and any changes your body is going through.

£9 if booked in advance
£10 cash on the day

Rowena is a fully qualified and insured Level 4 Personal Trainer with extensive Pre/Post natal Qualifications. She has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, is a Yoga Instructor, Strongwoman Competitor and proud Mum. She believes that fitness should be fun and rewarding and focuses firmly on health and happiness when working with her clients.
