Meet our team

andrewThe Revd Andrew Williams is the Priest Missioner at The Engine Room. Andrew joined the team in September 2014 having worked as a priest in different parts of the world, most recently in Perth, Western Australia. Andrew is passionate about community ministry and wants to help the new church of St Francis establish itself as a focal point for community activities in Tottenham Hale.

martinaMartina Kwapong has been involved in the Engine Room project from the beginning as a Church Community Worker. Martina has wide experience and brings with her a wealth of practical skills. You will find her organising events and a variety of activities for the local community.

Andrew k .pngAndrew Kwapong is a Church Community worker from London City Mission, whom he has been working with them for over 8 years. Andrew has experience as a Youth and Community Worker in different parts of London and most recently in Tottenham. Although he is not great at languages, he enjoys getting to know other cultures and traditions, especially when it ends with food (as It typically does).

AJ PicAndrew Johnston is our Operations Manager. Andrew J or AJ has worked in the charity sector for over 25 years, mostly with international charities, but he was also the first CEO of the Mudchute Association on the Isle of Dogs. He is a local resident living on the Tottenham Green estate, former Chair of Governors at The Green Primary School (now Holy Trinity) and a lifelong Spurs fan! 


tracyTracy Gidley is a part-time administrator at The Engine Room, who joined the team in March 2014. Tracy’s background is in retail and tourism.
